We describe
recent advances in both the theory of public goods and applications of
the process as a "solution" to the problem of "public goods". The applications
range from constitutional economics to improvements in government budgeting
and regulation to the management of information technology and "network"
economies generally.

How the
process can remedy important problems that inhibit good government. While
there is a long step from a "solution" to the public goods problem to ways
of using the demand revealing process to promote fundamentally good, or
